COURSE & SESSION POLICY

Clear Terms for a Smooth Learning Experience

Our courses are designed around personalized one-on-one training, tutor availability, structured preparation, and digital learning resources. Please review the following terms before enrolling.

NO REFUND POLICY

All Payments Are Non-Refundable

All course fees, session fees and Practice Portal purchases are non-refundable once payment has been made and the service has commenced or access has been provided.

Due to the personalized nature of our one-on-one training, tutor scheduling and digital resources, we are unable to provide refunds for:

✓ Change of mind
✓ Failure to attend scheduled classes or sessions
✓ Unused sessions
✓ Early discontinuation of a course
✓ Failure to use the Practice Portal during the subscription period
✓ Unused or remaining portal access
✓ Failure to achieve a particular test score or desired result

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Need to Change Your Session?

If you are unable to attend a scheduled one-on-one session, please notify us 1 DAY prior.

Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability and our applicable rescheduling requirements.

Please note: Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered completed and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

PRACTICE PORTAL POLICY

Practice Access & Usage

Practice Portal access is valid for 1 month from the date of activation.

The Practice Portal fee is non-refundable once access has been activated.

Portal access is provided for the enrolled student only and:

✓ Must not be shared
✓ Must not be transferred
✓ Must not be resold

COURSE DURATION & EXPIRY

Complete Your Preparation Within the Applicable Period

Courses and sessions must be completed within the applicable course or validity period communicated at the time of enrolment.

Unused sessions after the applicable validity period may expire and may not be transferable or refundable.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Your Results Depend on Your Preparation

Global Score Education provides professional training, strategies, personalized feedback, and practice resources to support your preparation.

However, we cannot guarantee a specific score, test result, visa outcome, or admission outcome.

Student results may vary depending on individual preparation, English proficiency, practice, attendance, and performance on the test day.
